theres only one problem with this your asking them to make a mod not a plugin. the mod will be harder as it requires more coding and £20 is not enough

This isn't a mod, you must be getting the wrong idea. I play on a server with these types of functions.

its not that problem its me not knowing the code to do this and the only plausable way they can do this is through a mod because the server console cannot do that
