Ello, I'm OfficerDramith and I'm going to get a minecraft server soon and it will be either factions or SMP. I need a developer who is okay with me paying them 20$ no tax. I also need him/her devoted and able to work with Developer Prefix Rank. I will have a fully coded custom plugin that works with all versions of minecraft.
