HIRING PLUGIN PROGRAMMER [$$$]

Hey everyone, I'd like to hire a plugin programmer for a server I'm making called "Lethal."
It will be a post apocalyptic, hardcore survival server. It won't be the ZOMBIE apocalypse, that's WAY too over used. That's really all I want to say about it (I don't want to give anything away).
If you are a programmer with a LOT of experience, keep on reading! This will be a hire for money, so I only want serious programmer(s?) here. I don't have loads of money, BUT I can pay for what I want. We can talk how much money on Skype. But I do have one rule: I pay you a portion of the money - after certain goals have been met - a total of three times.
