Hiring plugin techs and devs

I'm looking to hire a second plugin technician for my server, I have one that lives in Australia so the time difference can be a challenge when I have issues. I live on the east coast (US) so I'd prefer someone located in the same time zone or in US Central time. Knowledge of permissions is essential, most of my problems are permission related. Any other knowledge of, MySQL, Votifer, Java, etc. will be put to good use.

In addition to a tech, I am also looking to hire a plugin developer who can help code a few simple plugins. Talk to me for more details if you're interested in this. You will be paid for your time if you do quality work.
