I'll be recruiting 4 server moderators [Mod] for my server, PhilCraft. Since night shifts are almost impossible on our country (Philippines) because of school days, we would like to hire international MC Players to do this job. The server is not open yet, but applications are open. We will officially by July, 2013. Staff meeting will be June 28, 2013 at Facebook. (I hope some people have facebook here.)
We might pay you anytime if the server can get more popular, get donations, and funds. Just provide your PayPal name or something so that I'll send you the money. PM for that. For now, we'll focus on the protection of the server.

What are your experiences on other servers?: I have been an Admin on 4 other servers. Unfortunately, these all have been closed due to lack of players and popularity. I've also been a Mod on 2 other servers ( 1 creative, the other survival). But due to the same reasons stated above, they've closed down. I also hosted my own server back in 2011, and 2012. But I guess not many people came on and continuing to run the server will just waste money and effort. So I 'pulled the plugs' and ended it there.

Only one I'm currently opped on is a Skyblock server no one goes on anymore Right now I am a Moderator because I was Head-Admin before they hosted it, Admin(Closed...) and Builder on a portion of the servers I go on.
Your servers (as a staff):Terminal PvP, Terminal Skyblock, DarkKingdom, You know, I never even actually knew the server name -_- Just.. OMIT the Admin.
Tell me about yourself: I first bought Minecraft on January and had to quit for a month or two for school. After that, I play maybe 4-5 hours in a day? I get on each server I play on every time I get the chance to, but I stay longer on different servers if there is no staff on at the moment. I absolutely love joining new servers. Not for the staff, but for helping if the Owner is new to some plugins. I don't really know how to configure them but I do know lots of interesting ones. I try to get to know everyone on each and everyone of my servers because making friends and getting to know them is fun, don't ya think? As you can see, I'm not staff in many servers at all. I'm really just a survival person. My building skills is at an okay rate, but I'm slow and not as creative as others. Gamemode is fun if I'm bored and wanna play around, but I like being a survivor and raiding. I feel like this because the server I am Moderator on (Terminal) doesn't allow any gamemode, even if you're a Co-Owner.
Would you promise to follow the rules and regulations?: Of course! In my opinion getting a rank like Moderator is an accomplishment. To prove you're responsible enough to catch all those cheaters out there and punish them for breaking simple rules is important. Just because I'm a staff member doesn't mean all the rules don't apply to me.

Your servers (as a staff): Tangled Snake (I was staff, but I left to do school work), Arcane Kingdoms, Pigzcraft, Sovereign Domination, ObsidianCraft, PizzaCraft, Obsidian Realms, KingCrazyCraft, etc... (Hard to name of them, some I do not go on normally because I help with newer servers).
Tell me about yourself:I have built 3 custom maps, and I code for a living. I make apps in the app store, code in Java (for plugins) and all of those other languages you probably have not heard of. I can create and configure custom plugins. I also enjoy building, especially modern and medieval, because I like the old times, but I love to experience with new blocks that make my builds both modern and medieval.
