Hiring someone to run my server

you will not find anyone competent that will want to run someone else's server.

The people with the technical skills and emotional maturity are all off running their own server, or don't care to run one in the first place.

My advice is buck up, and become a good admin yourself.

Honestly, you will never find a good, reliable person like this. Any good server owners either are busy with their own servers or their servers have recently shut down. The best way for you to run a server is to learn how to do it yourself. If you want, I can help teach you a bit, but the majority of the work will be up to you. And honestly, think of it like this: If someone else does all the work for your server, is it really your server? Sure you pay the bills for it and you have a fancy title, but nothing on that server was done by you.

Absolutely! I am a very experienced server admin and can help a lot! I can work plugins and interact with players! I am a beginner coder and I can still download and work plugin configs in the mean time! I have some experience in marketing to help get your server popular.
