Need Host for RP History Nations Server

I am looking for a host of a World RP server! It is going to start in 1700 and work it's way up every 3 days will be 1 year. You will be able to own a nation, join a nation, be in wars, lead those wars. Anything involving that kind of stuff in real life. Now you've probably heard of a couple of these. But, I don't know how quite yet. I am on the verge of an idea. I think I can make us distinct and stand out. So here is what I require and then what you get for hosting.
For now I require:
-Console
-Owner
-OP
You get:
-full hosting credit
-Owner
-Console
-OP
- All Owner privileges. (except staff applies I would prefer to handle that in the beginning.)
For host wise I was thinking bisecthosting Budget plan 9 it is 13.46 a month. for 4.6 gb 30 player slots unlimited storage and hdd. I expect it to be good. So yeah. I know someone who can make the entire server for us while we build things like spawn etc. for now that is all I would like to say.
Want to host? I just need a tid of info.
