How to fix: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: n

whenever i click "Multiplayer"
My Server And Another Server Are Saying When I Try To Connect java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information
and it the motd it says Can't Connect To Server
Is there Any Fix??
