How to get active users on a server

Recently I started making Minecraft Mini-Movies.
It occurred to me that the servers that I have been recording on are either not always on, or aren't available to record.

So,

I need a dedicated server to record on.

It does not need to be private, any server will work.

I will set that server as My accounts official server.

That will bring more of my subscribers to you.

I record once every day with my friends.
