The only thing you need to change is the "server-ip="
You have to change it to your hamachi ip, to see your hamachi IP go to your hamachi
and you will see the IP near to the button, press once left click and then "Copy IPv4 Address

Now go to server.properties again and enter this IP here "server-ip=12.134.567.789" <- it should be like this, but instead these numbers put your IP

Now, open the server and you're ready to play with your friends! You will join on your server with your hamachi IP !
