How am i able to make a minecraft server.I've been trying to make one for ages and i still cant understand.Anyonw who tells me will get to be staff and op on the server

If you're not willing to pay and only host it from your own PC you're going to be limited to 1-5 players depending on your PC and internet connection. You'll need to run the server and also port forward whatever port you're using example 25565

Otherwise you can get a host and host it from them, usually as easy as uploading your own server files and starting it up.
