How do you feel when a server does...?

Hello, so I am making a server, and I want it to be PERFECT. So I have a few questions for you.
How do you feel when a server has/does/uses...:
1. Uses a spawn cave.
2. Makes you apply (application of some sort)
3. Uses iConomy
4. Uses iConomy with jobs, houses, etc.
5. Has multiple worlds
6. Has Spleef.
7. Any other thing you love or hate about a server.
Feel free to answer, if don't want to answer all then don't.
