How experienced are you with plugins?: VERY experienced. I have setup multiple servers (20+), the majority of them are my own, but I've also sold server configurations.
Familiar plugins: Too many to list. (But to list a few anyway) Voxel, worldedit, worldguard, factions, several economy plugins, essentials, group manager, etc. etc.
How many hours do you think you can invest a day?: 3-5
Have you ever been banned on a server?: Multiple servers for various reasons. Nothing recent though.
Have you ever had past experiences on a server?: TONS. I've owned and managed plugins on personal factions servers, co-owned and head administrated others. And I've earned Admin, Mod, and other staff ranks on many other servers.
