Huge Server Network in development [need developers]

I'm going to try and be as straight-forward as I can. My name is Austin, and I have ambitions to create a fairly large gaming network on Minecraft. I want this to be a professional, top of the line, clean and fun server. Mostly made up of custom plug-ins, making us unique from other servers. Which in return, will require a lot of help from a lot of people. I want this server to be mainly a ("hybrid"?) server, meaning we'll have Creative worlds, Survival Worlds, and mini-games. I also want to create one major custom plug-in unique to our server. Hopefully this will be our incentive for other players to join.

Do I have experience? Yes and no. I'm 16 years old just to be clear. I'm currently hosting a semi-small server (we're growing extremely fast, hence my aspirations) which I've built from scratch. I've received way more donations than I believe I deserve, and I've realized I can do a lot for people. I'm aware of how much time this may take, and how much money will have to be implemented. I've saved up a bit from donations, but I do not plan to handle all the financial situations alone. I want to make this happen. I'm familiar with back-end server stuff such as FTP, DNS, etc. I currently have my own website that was designed by me. I'm learning Java, and have only written a few custom plug-ins on my server. I will be learning as I go along, and can't wait to work with other people with large amounts of knowledge.

So, what exactly do you need help with? I could use help in a lot of different areas. I want to create a team that can work together, get along, and bring an awesome dream to life. I'll need builders, staff members, and mainly developers. Builders to help with all builds, such as spawn, custom maps, etc. Staff members such as Moderators, Admins, to help with keeping the server safe and fun. And lastly Developers, to help write and create custom plug-ins and also help with other back-end server work dealing with plug-ins. I'd prefer someone with intermediate level skills, familiar with these things to make the workflow much quicker and easier. Any dev, is a good dev. I want to bring people together to create an awesome project.
