I have a server in the works that needs a plugin for switching between multiple servers via a command.
And no bungeecord is not an option.
Server is 1.8
Please note that I want a plugin that can transfer a player to my already existing server via IP address.

Impossible. Bungeecord is your only solution unless you creating a completely new JAR file from the original Minecraft_Server.jar.
