Reason you want to be staff- Ultimately a Admin should epitomize the ideals of good moral character. Selected to represent the server, a helper should be respectful, patient, trustworthy, and knowledgeable regarding the intricacies of the server. As an older player, I feel I have been mature in my conduct and demonstrate these qualities.

My conduct on the server is ideal for a admin, conduct worthy of a staff member representing, i will reate players and staff with respect, minimizing trash-talking and personal insults. While I do understand the appeal of trash-talking, I generally have tried avoiding it as much as I can, defusing situations with wit and humor or by writing comprehensive, coherent thoughts, especially when dealing with sensitive subjects. The few times that I have gone overboard, be it excessive flaming or insults, I apologized profusely. Speaking out rudely is not something I commonly do, and I make amends if I do go overboard. I find if I refrain from flaming, players are more willing to approach me, trust me, and ultimately respect me, all feelings a player should have towards a staff member. I feel as if I am a respected member of the community based on how I have acted (a nearly impeccable mute/ban history), and as a result I feel as if I were a helper I would have an air of authority and command the respect from the player base.

I am a very capable player and an even more capable staff member. I have a mass of experience on large and small servers and I can help you in any way you need me to. I can commit a large amount of valuable time to the server and I will if I get this position. I have worked a fair amount with plugins and I am very knowledgeable with commands and many plugins. I am very good at working with people and my social skills are very advanced.

Now the majority of servers I've been staff on are no longer up, however if you did REALLY want I could probably find some ip's for you. I've owned and Co-Owned a few servers however I mainly admin for servers.

My number one strength would have to be game knowledge and understanding of how plugins and commands work. I'm also very experienced with hackers and trolls and find dealing with them very easy. Apart from that I am also fairly good with people.

Reason you want to be staff- I am interested in becoming a bigger part of your server because I believe I can, and I want to make a difference. I would like to be apart of a server with intentions and structure. I know, most people say this. But I do honestly love to help people, as one day I'd hope to be a Police Officer. I believe I can help make the server a secure, yet fun environment for players to enjoy. So I'd be heavy on the rules, but I'd be a relaxed member to your team, and try to have fun with the players without abusing or exploiting any powers of a sort.

Experience- I've owned two servers in the past. One being a prison server, and another as Factions. The reason they're not going today is because it was roughly a year ago, and financial problems have inter-twined since then. So I had to shut them down, but they had gotten at least 20 players daily, which I thought wasn't too bad. I've been various staff ranks on a variety of servers. Including Moderator on a server with 50+ players at a time, meaning I have a good amount of experience with players and schemes they might be up to. I've also completed a three-year Psychology course, meaning I know how a player might be feeling, or I can understand how certain situations may be causing certain issues to others, etc.

A bit about myself- I'm a 16 year old male who loves to just simply enjoy life. I love sports, but I do also enjoy Minecraft a lot. So whilst being on Minecraft, I like to try and be helpful too, not just in real life. I am an active person, and do MMA and fitness as my main hobby. I'm also going into volunteer coaching work with sports. I hope one day to be a Police Officer here in the UK, as I've just always found it to be an interest of mine.

Advantages- I understand a lot about how the human mind works, so I can help within distressing situations and I know how to speak in a manner that wont seem aggressive or irritating to a player.
I have had a lot of experience with plugins in the past, commands, plugin configuration, building etc. And I understand what's currently doing well, and what is not doing so well within Minecraft.
I'm mature, and trustworthy/loyal. So I'm dedicated to the task at hand, and I don't ever take back my word, as my promise is my key to trust.
I enjoy helping and socializing people/with people. Which will help to become good with the players, and gain their admittance and trust, if you will.
I can put a lot of time and effort into the summer, even though I'm out a lot, I'm also on a lot when at home. So I can put effort into the server, even when you're not on.

And also: I am respectful. I believe respect is a large buildng block of having a smooth, healthy, and succesful server! My reason for Application is simple, i love to help out Minecraft servers, and communities. It is my own personal drive to help and assist. And combine that with my love for Minecraft and that leads me here.
When i look for Minecraft server's to apply for, i look for professional server that look like they will be up for a long time, and a successful serve!

I have lots of Experience with owning/participating/volunteering on Mincraft servers. I have owned 2 servers, and i worked on these allot, i advertised the server, and tried to develop new things to attract new Minecraft users to play on my server. I know how hard it is getting a new Minecraft server set up, and the hassle of dealing with plugins and coding things, it takes brains to do this stuff successfully.
Not only have i been staff on Small/medium sized servers, but i have also been a Helper+ on a VERY large factions server, and as a helper i had allot of responsibilities, more than you would think!

I can dedicate anywhere from 2-6 hours per day and when im on for those hours i dont waste any time. I believe that the time you spend on a server is SO important during this time, you are making relationships and developing respect from the community members, aswell as becoming friends with more and more staff members, and this is important because i believe more things will get done if the whole staff gets along well, and can work together . i use my time wisely and get the most done, because that's how a functional server works. Report to my Superior and ask what needs to be done!

I believe that i have allot of good ideas stored in my head and i'm not afraid to share, i respect EVERYONE'S opinion, and if somebody disagrees, their is no need to get frustrated, this is a life lesson i have sorta tough myself .
I'm a mixture of hard work and positive attitude. And that's no lie, I constantly have my eyes on the chat, and i can talk to the community on the forum's and i absolutely love to interact with people, and that's a good attribute when you are a staff member of ANY level. I work hard to get problems solved, and wont rest until what needs to be done, is done. Another thing is that most people dont know how to deal with younger people, that comes easy to me, i am the oldest sibling in my family, and i also teach Martial arts to younger people. I find myself a VERY mature and professional person, and thats one thing i want to emphasize allot in my application. I am 15 years old, and i take care of all of my personal belongings, and i currently have a job. And being professional is one of the key things i look for when i ran my server. If i saw one of my staff member no matter what rank doing something un-professional i would commend them for it, and make sure that they fix it. Im not one to yell, because that makes you look bad, but getting the point across is one very key thing. Word choice, is very important. Wording something wrong that could mislead somebody, offend them, etc. is something that i don't do, i carefully word my sentences and think before i act. This way i don't do anything dumb. I am completely aware of my responsibilities and objectives i have to complete regularly when i take on this position, so don't be afraid to assign me to a hard task. One very important aspect when participating as a staff member is the communication between staff members. I have a skype and i am able to use it 24/7. I am able to chat with the other staff members and keep them updated, because that is very important. If i have to go on vacation or for whatever reason if i will be gone for a short period, i will give at least a week notice! One promise that i give if you hire me is: I will exceed your expectations. I will do WAY better than you think i will do, i PROMISE!
