No one has misunderstood your post, you clearly state that the person that pays for the server will "Get a high rank and some other stuff." This indicates that the person will, in fact, not get owner privileges since if the person would have owner privileges they would have "all of the stuff" instead of "some other stuff." So, you might want to add in some commas and edit your main post a little
Why not just make your own server? you can get servers pretty cheap nowadays.
