5. What are your strengths and weaknesses? My strengths are I'm able make people friends quickly and form long lasting bonds. My weaknesses are that I'm only a little bit sensitive to some topics and situations.

2. I know this will negate my chances but I will give myself a 5 in maturity.
3. I believe you should accept me as a staff member because I have always been amazed by Minecraft's simple yet complex beauty. I have a very firm knowledge of commands in PermissionsEx, Essentials, (all sub essentials plugins) WorldEdit and many more smaller plugins. I can also be very active (3-4 hours Sunday - Thursday, 5-6 hours Friday - Saturday). I also have many connections with developers and coders in case my basic plugin development is not enough. I have always been fascinated with what people are able to think up and create in Minecraft, especially server wise. The last reason I believe I should be accepted as a staff member is because I have a vast amount of knowledge of how certain types of players play and function.
4. What makes me different from other staff members is my personality (in my opinion) at times I can be very laid back and not have a care in the world. Other times when more serious tasks are at hand I am able to decipher / fix / execute the task and / or issue in a timely fashion. I am not the type of person to wait for other people to do all the work and take credit for it, I will take full responsibility for any mistakes I have made and do my very best to clean up my mess.

I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server when possible to fulfil a position as a staff member. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me. I also have a part time job, which has helped my skills of teamwork and working in an environment as a staff member. I am also a great listener and can be trusted to help look after the server. I understand that moderators cannot always be available and can't monitor every word and action, but because I live in Finland, I often play when there are no other staff members online. Being a part of the staff on your server would allow greater staff presence over more time zones, and thus help out players that do not regularly play at the same time as current staff. I also believe that my past experience would be an added benefit to the server.

Through my work with servers in the past, I have gained a lot of knowledge on how plugins operate and how to manage them, how to manage a server, and even started learning JavaScript and Python 3 to become more involved. My time as a staff member on previous servers has also helped me to identify problems quicker, and to help resolve them immediately. So Id say I quickly see hackers who are hacking and other abusive players. But like we all do I have weaknesses. I think my biggest weakness is that I go with others. Means that If someone does something I do it too. Its not a big deal cause this happens in real life. In minecraft I am quite passive.

I started my moderating experiences on Cobblecraft, an SMP server. After a few months of playing, I was promoted to become 1 of 2 admins the server needed. Before long, the “Head Admin” rank was developed by the owner as he wanted to award admin to 2 others, and he granted me this new rank of Head Admin. I was numerously placed as the temporary owner of the server while the owner was busy or on holidays. I have been 3 times a mod and I have proof if that is necessary.
The staff of Cobblecraft eventually ended up becoming "corrupt" in a way. They were a lot younger than I and wanted to focus more on fun and stupidity than being serious. I resigned because staff couldn’t see that blowing up that annoying person’s house was a bad idea.
