JOE.TO
The Minecraft specific rules are below
1. Do not grief other players or their structures. This includes attempting to destroy their structures with water, lava, TNT, or with tools.

2. The use of third party programs to modify your effect on the server is not allowed.

3. Spread the hell out and don't build near spawn. You build near spawn and you asking to be fucked with by griefers. The admin will not reset the server for griefed buildings near spawn. This is your ONLY warning.

4. Please, when done with a building, don't half-destroy it. Either leave it up, or tear it down fully.

5. Don't build laggy redstone circuits. This includes loops, blinking things, timers, and anything else that keeps going.

6. Don't build infinite minecart boosters.

7. No grotesque imagery.

Extra Rules for MC1 (Factions)
Do not use shops to store items.
Keep your shop stocked. It may be removed otherwise.

Extra Rules for MC3 (PvE)
No griefing
No stealing
No killing (includes wolves)

Extra Rules for MC4 (PvP)
Spawn is not a safe zone. However, do not sit at spawn repeatedly killing users as they respawn.
Don't set unnecessary fires. If you want to burn somebody's house/base/fort down, sure. Don't go around starting random fires and burning forests down, unless there is a really good reason for it.
