Okay, so this is just a SIMPLE Survival server, no mods, or worldedits or bukkit stuff. I just made a new world and made it the server, so its like a normal world made from scratch basically, but with other people, if people join. lol
So, what will I do to make it cool?:
-Randomly put nice ores in mines for lucky miners to find
Give a free welcome chest ( a few random possibly nice items) for first couple players who join, or stay active.
-Replenish trees if they go low
-And for the most part, if someone goes lost, and needs help, I may be able to guide them in the right direction, Im the only one who can fly / is on creative mode (since admin) and Only one other op atm has it, so its fair.
-Special gifts on holidays

Its a wonderful idea, But you'll want some mods to stop greifing, to prevent destruction, to stop trolls... And you'll want WE, it can make some pretty things. Otherwise, great idea. Just get some plugins or it will fall apart.
