So I own smallcraftmc and we are trying to grow to be big server but I had a question how do I run a good server and what plugins/ranks should I add if you have any primary documents just let me know thanks

Ranks depend on what type of server you desire. Most servers base of a certain theme and base their ranks on that specific theme. Same goes for plugins, but if you want to be successful nowadays, you need to be unique and create your own plugins. Making servers is not an easy task and months of work is required before any progress is shown. These are just a few tips to rely on, hope they helped
