Lead Creative Admin Needed - AWNSCraft

Hello,
We at AWNSCraft are looking for a Lead Creative Admin to head our
creative department. We are a small server looking to expand and build
our community, and the Lead Creative Admin is key to that mission. The
Lead Creative Admin is responsible for building and maintaining the
creative side of our server and the key tasks are as follows:

Manage moderators and builders
Hire and remove staff in creative
Review bans and moderator actions
Help develop and plan player activities and community events
Help solve player and staff disputes
Help build and maintain the creative worlds

Requirement for this Position:
Must be 18 or older
Must know how to use common server command and plugins i.e (worldedit, Mcbans, Plot Squared Ect.)
Must be a self motivator and willing to take the lead in creative tasks
Must have some level of staff experience on a previous minecraft server
Must be able to use teamspeak

The ideal candidate for this role will be:

Helpful, kind but firm when dealing with the players.
Someone with good team work skills and a positive attitude and a person
who wants watch and help our server and community grow. So if this
