RULES

1. No Bullying. This includes all forms (cyber, racism, etc)! Respect others.
Chat Bullying: 1st offence: Kick. 2nd offence: Mute 1 day. 3rd offence: Permban/IPban
On going Bullying: This is after the offences above. If the bully has kept going and has only been caught once. If suicide/harm has been done, serious authorities will be notified. Perm/IPban
2. Building Code.
No Nudity and/or Genitalia: Will be removed if found! Permban/IPban
No Race/Religion Hate Builds: Will be removed if found! Permban/IPban
No Profanity ex: f**k, s**t, pum*konius: Will be removed if found!
No Redstone clocks! They lag the server. Will be removed if found!
No Player Traps! Will be removed if found! Tempban 7 days
3. No Exploiting Bugs. Please report if any are found. Testing to see if it actually a bug is permitted, but you must undo/remove anything gained unfairly.
Minor: Will be taken care of as fit.
- Item Glitch: Tempban 1 day. Items will be removed!
Major: Permban/IPban
- Security Bug (passwords, etc): Permban/IPban
Sharing/Spreading an Exploit (telling staff does not count): Permban/IPban
4. Language Use.
Cursing: Cursing is allowed lightly, but please be mature about it. Don't spam it.
Cursing to Staff: Cursing to staff is allowed, but please do not say it in a mean tone. If they ask you to stop, you must stop. 1st Kick, 2nd Mute 5 minutes, 3rd Tempban 1 hour. If they continue, punish as fit.
Racism: Permban/IPban Public displays of it is not allowed.
5. No Cheating/Hacking Mods.
NOTE: Cheating/Hacking is doing something that gives you an advantage over other players. (flymods don't count on main and creative).
Banned Mods/Clients (confirmed list, this is not a full list):
- Nodus Client Nodus is allowed only if you are using it's non cheating features! Used to cheat: Permban/IPban.
- Flymod/Speed/Jump mods Allowed on Main Server and Creative Server.Flying in other servers: Permban/IPban.
- Fastbreak/Fastplace - Punish as fit.
- Better Sprint - Don't use it for a fair game.
- Aimbot - Permban/IPban.
- Force field - Permban/IPban.
- X-Ray - Permban/IPban.
- Kill Aurora - Permban/IPban.
- Radarbro - Permban/IPban.

6. No Impersonating Server Staff.
NOTE: Donors may not nick themselves with staff colors.
Minor: Tempban 7 days.

7. Do not purposely attempt to get another demoted or banned for something they did not do. Evidence must be presented!

Asking for any staff rank will take you out of consideration! DO NOT ASK OR EVEN MENTION YOUR/ANYONE'S PROMOTION!
REGULAR:
[PLAYER] - This is the default rank you start out with.
*You may earn any of the following ranks. More than one (Permissions of both) is possible.*
DONATORS:
Donator ranks are for players who have supported the server with monetary contributions.
[VIP] - These ranks are given to people who donate over $5.00. The custom tag cannot be too long and can not be an pre-existing rank.
MODERATORS:
Moderators are trusted players that have dedicated a very long time on here. They must be friendly and experienced. Helping people only when the owners are online will not get you promoted.
[T-MOD] - (Trial Mod) This is considered the "first stage of trial mod". You must must be helpful and mature everyday. We must also know you. You must be active in chat. This is a very large responsibility, however, if you do not help, you will be demoted to your past rank. T-Mod gets kick, mute, logblock, and other basic mod permissions. If you do well, you will be promoted to Mod. L-Mod represents the best of the Lev-Craft Community.
[MOD] - This rank is earned after the T-MOD rank, you must prove that you are able to effectively help out players and you must NOT cheat, any cheating will get you demoted or banned. Cheating as a mod is a much more serious offense than cheating as a player. This rank will grant you the permission to: Fix grief in other factions, World Edit in creative, Ban, Mute, Kick, TimeDay, tp/tphere, and others.

Admins are players that have dedicated a huge part of their life to the server. They have been on here supporting us since the server's creation! Show some respect to them!
[T-ADMIN] - Trial Administrators, have basic administrative permissions and are being trialed if they are to be kept as Adminstrator's or not.
[ADMIN] - Administrators have all permissions, and consist of the most trusted members on the server, however they can still be demoted if they break a rule.
[OWNER] - Self explanatory. The server is Co-Owned. Owners are Razor and Racerjj45.
