Why Am I Applying?: Really.. It's somewhat hard to find a server that lasts long, and a staff that is actually dedicated and not in it for "powers". I apply on several servers, being accepted, and finding myself in an environment not worthwhile.I find owners that are really bad at spelling and have a lot of grammatical errors, and don't put that much time to support their own server. With you, on the other hand, I find this as a great opportunity to expand my experience into a server that will last long and a server that I'll enjoy in.

Have you ever been banned for griefing? Would you grief?: I wouldn't think so. No I wouldn't grief at all. As an operator, it wouldn't be best to grief the server for several reasons. First, it would put off a bad reputation, and trying to apply for operator just to grief isn't really the right thing to do.
What is your server managing experience?: I currently own my own server, so I do know the basics on how to manage a server. I've been a co-owner in the past several times, and admins on past servers before they became inactive.

If there was a hacker/griefer, what steps would you take before,during and after?: Usually, I would notice a griefer/hacker right away, depending on the actions they do in the server. I usually tp to people often, to check on them on daily periods. If there is a chance that there is a situation of a hacker, I'l immediately re-act according to the situation. Usually, I'll temporary ban them depending on bad they griefed. If it was something too paramount, I would immediately ban, and find a way to fix the situation. I suggest using NoCheat+ or any other plugin that can reduce the amount of griefers/hackers.
Extra: I'm a decent builder, and is already familar with the commands given in Bukkit/Other common plugins (Such as World Edit/World Guard.) I'll try my best to exchange my ideas to the server, and to promote it the best way possible. I'm pretty dedicated, and hopefully, we can work to make this a popular server. I'm pretty great at spelling and grammar, so I see myself at the paramount of my position.

Why I should choose you : Well, I would do exactly what you're supposed to as an Admin, ban hackers, and advertisers instantly. I would jail spammers after asking them to stop and they don't and when I release them I would tell them not to do it again and if they still keep on doing it I'll jail them longer then I'll wait for the Owner to come on or another higher staff position and ask them what do they think I should do. Or I could probably mute him. Basically I will be regulating the rules and making sure that nothing is disrupting the servers name. I would solve disputes between players, help them when they need it even if they didn't ask for it, but in no way will I give them items or anything of that sort. I think that my judging skills helps me make the right choices when times come. I'm diplomatic when I'm under extreme criticism , meaning that I can still maintain my maturity and do what I should do at that time. I would stay with this server until it's dead. Which is not coming anytime soon. I would not leave a player unsatisfied unless he just wants something that I can't give him such as an item or anything of that sort. I'll also be really active on forum and ingame, I can be ingame for 24 hours a day because it's Summer, and I can be on forum that long as well. I think that being an Admin your duties are to regulate the server rules and help as many players as you can basically, to remove everything that violates it and to help everything that needs help. By removing everything that violates it I mean banning the hackers, advertisers, spammers, anyone that isn't doing any good for the server. Also, helping anyone that needs it, you shouldn't leave a player unsatisfied, you have to help him as much as possible but you can't give him any items or anything of that sort. All you may do is provide them with help. Also since players tend to look up to Admins a lot you should set a good example by following the rules and regulations. If you don't know an answer to their question doesn't mean you just go "I don't know." and leave. Refer to another Admin or another staff member. When I say helping people I mean by InGame and Forum because there's a high chance that question you know how to answer. I could also come up with ideas for anything.
