Looking to Admin a Pixelmon Server

Hello everyone! My name is Dylan a.k.a Runicary (IGN). I am 14 years old, turning 15 next week. I have been playing Minecraft for around a year and a half now. For the past year, I have been experiencing everything about the admin position. I play around 5-10 hours a day, so I am very dedicated. As well as I am as kind as possible to the community, they will love me xD. Over the past year, I have only Admin'ed regular Minecraft, til about one month ago. A month ago I started to admin Pixelmon servers, and have been having a bunch of fun with that. Although, I am willing to admin a normal server, BUT here are my requirements.

1. The server must have an active 5+ people online
2. Must have 95%+ uptime
3. Very small staff
4. Gym's (If Pixelmon)
5. Good spawn
6. Smart Owner
