Looking to create a server! [Serious inquiries only]

So today i decided to start a 'FTB Infinity evolved Skyblock' server
I need a few others to help with getting things rolling
What i will need is as follows
- Web designer
- In-game builder

The rest of the things i can do by myself as of right now
If you are interested in starting a server from the ground up please post a app below!
Please keep in mind that i am looking for people ages 15+
You will need to be mature as i will remove you
I am looking for people who are pretty dedicated.
This is also a summer project
If we can get funding for servers then we will be long-term suppliers
If all works well upon server release there will be payment involved
Everything else can be discussed upon application approval
We will talk over discord as it is the servers means of communication.
