Looking To Be A Developer!!!

I am 13 years old, and although that seems young I am very mature. I know almost every plugin that is commonly used on big and small servers and know how to configure them. I am not looking for some big time server to become a developer on but rather a small server with about 10 people on at a time. I know how to set up donations, voting, and can make a website. A list of plugins I have used are Groupmanager, Pex, Essentials, Factions, Auctions, Votifier, Obsidian Destroyer, Multicraft, and A LOT more.
