Looking for a minecraft developer!!!

me and my friend have been working on a minecraft server called ElementalPvP but we have been having issues getting good plugins and trying to code custom ones.

Requirements

1. Must be 12 or older
2. Must know how to code
3. Must have at least a year of playing Minecraft
4. Must not abuse your permissions
5. Must have a microphone
