About how many people have you recruited:I have recruited over 10people and most of them are in my faction
Why do we need YOU as a staff member: I have been an admin two times before and a moderator on one, but the servers eventually shut down because of lack of donations. I've built few spawns for about five servers. I'm almost always on and have been on this server for about a year. I helped out people with drop parties and have recruited people. I've had many experiences with plug-ins as such in this server(ETC: Mob-Catcher, Auctions). There are a lot of minecraft exploits I'm aware of like going above the nether. I'm not an over-powering admin that tp's people to other bases due to black-mailing. My faction is currently helping out newcomers get a home.
Why should we accept you?
Experience With Plugins:
LogBlock/Hawkeye: they tell you what blocks have been destroyed by a player.
Say someone had used hacks to xray for diamonds and spawn kill, you use /lb rollback player (name) and everything they destroyed or created would be back to its original form.
/lb redo player (name) would redo ur rollback that was set for a specific person.
/lb me would show what you have created or destroyed
WorldEdit: WorldEdit is a faster way to clear land or build with a wand and helps you use about a minute of your time instead of about an hour
WorldGuard: Worldguard helps the server from the spread of fire or explosions and impacts of Tnt. It also helps with the safezone and protected areas.
MCBans: Mcbans kicks out players who already have a terrible ban level. So servers wouldnt get griefed or taken over by other players.
Factions : Factions helps players keep a claimed land from getting raided unless the player/faction gets a negative power which is less than their land which lets other people claim the land. It also lets players invite other people to their faction which increases their power every five minutes or so. You can change the max power in the log.

Reason: I would like to help you make your server fun and enjoyable by players while also keeping it safe from griefers.
Staff experience: been staff on 4 servers, stopper because shut down or left due to owner not showing interest in server.
Admin knowledge: I am experienced in world edit, rollback, and factions. I would also like to learn new stuff if possible.
I can give about 1-3 house during the week due to school and on weekends I can give up to 5 hours to your server. Due keep in mind however that I live in CA so my time zone is PST
