LOOKING FOR ADMINS ON A 24/7 SERVER

Hello Fellow minecraft players I am currently running the server Tincraft and its not very interesting sooo I need help from anyone who is interested! I am easy to get along with so just reply here telling me what you want to contribute and if not please help me get my server around. It is Australian hosted but still runs at a good speed.
