Looking For a Builder Team!

Hello Fellow Planet Minecrafters! On My Server, I Have been Now Looking to Expand my building experience by deciding to hire a building team!
Now to even begin to qualify to be a builder, you must be the following:
1. Able to Show Me Your Builds (And I must approve of the builds)
2. Prove to me i can trust you with the rank of builder.
3. be Mature about the entire process of the recruitment.
4. have a Skype
5. be over the age of 13
