Looking for Builders and Developers

Hey! I just started with a minecraft server, i have tried to create it on my own, but its doesnt work... I have payed a lot for that minecraft server and i dont want it to go to waste. I am looking for Developers and Builders(For free) and i got many i ideas for some cool minigames! Hope someone can i help me out, thanks.
