Looking for a Bukkit developer for my growing server

I own a fairly small server, averaging at 15ish players on weekends. I am looking for someone who can code very simple bukkit plugins that I may need in my time as a server owner. There may be long periods of downtime when I don't need a plugin straight away, but when I will need on it'll be very basic (something like "/website" will return "The website URL is http://www.mightypvp.nn.pe")

I actually made such a plugin recently, i can just alter it a bit and add a config to it.
Age: 16
Experience with Java: Decent. I got a professional coder learning me java
I also host 4 modded servers so i can easily figure out issues an fix them.

HTML/CSS, LUA, Python (for what ever reason that might be usefull)
