Looking for bukkit plugin coder [Large Reward]

Hello, I'm looking for a bukkit plugin coder for my minecraft server. As this is pmc you are not allowed to offer money/pay people directly, so 'll just say that there'll be a reward. We warned, this plugin is big, very, and you'll need to know about world generation and how to connect to an economy using vault, or make your own.
