Looking For A Dedicated Server.

Hey there Planet Minecraft, Mayomatt915 here, just to let you know that I am one very dedicated player willing to help any server owner when they need help, in either building, monitoring players, or many other things. I am a 16-year-old player from California. I am highly experienced with monitoring servers such as being mod, helper, or even admin. I am very mature; I don’t fool around when it comes to helping make a great community for young and older players. I would say I am a experienced builder, however I take my time when it comes to building things such as houses, arenas, you name it. The reason I take long to build things its because I want my work to reflect on other people’s point of view in the server so the better the building the better the chance we get more players. Well, at least that’s my opinion. When it comes to supervising players I don’t go too easy on players, if an individual commits an offense to either a player or a staff member I will first let them of with a warning the first time. If this doesn’t calm the individual down I proceed to muting them for 10-20 minutes, having no communication to others or even verbally abusing other members of the server. If their time is up and they still continue to do this, I simply jail them and mute them, not so hard to control an abusing player in my opinion. If this still continues which in most cases it wont, but you never know a temporary ban is just what the need, maybe 1 to 2 hours so they can cool off, once their time is done if they feel good enough to join again they are welcomed to join the server and play again. If this offence continued a simple ban is all they need, why risk loosing a server over one individual. Simply banning them is the best and most efficient way to stop this person from abusing the community. Like I said I’m 16 years old at my age I’m pretty mature, responsible, and experienced with minecraft. I’ve been playing minecraft since beta first came out, I’m experienced with what a server in minecraft needs to succeed and have a large growing community. I have a variety of ideas that pop into my head that can help out server. Either if its starting, or already up but struggling I’m the guy for the job.
