Looking For Dev.

I need a dev that is either experienced that can teach me or is inexperienced and can learn with me. This position is for my server that will be ready in 1-3 days. Yes you have a chance at a permanent position. In my opinion we are going to ask you detailed info. Reasons will be explained thoroughly later. They will however have brief descriptions. I am currently a Dev for my server.



Questions:
1. Do you have Skype?
2. Do you have a mic?
3. Gender (we have female admin who doesn't like girls but this will not affect your chances)
4. Age (doesn't matter just need to know)
5. Are you in a relationship? (url or in game needed because i have had problems with this before)
6. Are you annoying (doesn't affect choosing)
7. Can you handle being annoyed? (put in scale from 1-10)
8. Are you weird (doesn't affect choosing)
9. Can you handle weird people? (put in scale from 1-10)
10. Can you handle noobs? (again 1-10)
