Looking for a Dev

I own a server (killercraft.net) and it is behind its release date. This is mainly because I don't know what to do with plugins.
I'm looking for a Dev which could come on sometimes and configure plugins and permissions, nothing big. If pay is an option for you stop reading, I'm just looking for someone with a small amount of time who likes being part of a server.
