you don't need to have custom coded plugins to make a good server
That's very true, you can modify already-made plugins to fit what you may need, however sometimes having a custom made plugin can truly benefit your server as it may help make it more unique in certain aspects.
Yes that is true, but in the end I will pay you even if the server doesn't do good. I was saying if the server does well you'll get paid like 20% of all donations. At the end you would get paid around $25 hopefully more if the server does well.
you can't expect someone to code for free then say you will get paid if the server does well , you cannot guarentee the server will do well
