Looking for a Developer!!!

Hello there, My name is Igort2323 and I own a server with a Minecraft buddy of mine, Skilfuleric. We own Realm-Legends (74.119.218.116), an economy server that had recently started up, we are looking for a trustworthy, and devoted developer. If you wish to apply for this position, you must always be willing to put in 110% into the server, you must be mature (i.e. no raging), and you must be available most of the time, I'm not asking for 24/7, 365 days a year, but as we are still starting up and getting a hang of it all you must be able to help us with plugins and such. The biggest requirement is that you must be able to actually develop, meaning, you must be able to create plugins under particular criteria that we provide, as neither of us knows how to do so.
