Looking for a developer [PAID]

Hi everyone, my name is Simon and my server and I are looking for a developer. As a developer for the server, you will be required to know how to work the plugins that the server has, assist in finding and adding necessary plugins for the server, and help to fix any problems with our plugins. Most importantly, you must be able to create custom plugins.

The server is designed to contain original mini games, twists on other popular activities, and a fun and enjoyable environment for our uses. It is a 1.7.9 bukkit run server, and without revealing too much detail on the hosting it has a very good RAM amount and a large amount of bandwidth.

Please note that you will be required to work with other staff members, though you will be alone in creating plugins. Our staff also communicate though Skype, so it is required that you have one.

Developers will be paid for their work if they would like to be, and will also receive some in-game bonuses such as a rank. We will also request of you to update the plugins over time, and we will also pay you for that work. Preferably, we would like you to be a part of our server's staff as well.
