Looking for Developer and Builder to help with Factions!

Hey im Matt and i am the owner of MinesurfPVP and am creating a factions server i already have a helper and a builder but i need more people to help me out i offer money but a little later on because im broke atm spent alot on school but i will be getting money in 2016 once i get my job and will be able to pay some money to the people that offer but for now if ur offering to be a builder leave a skype/ts, age, name, and link to a pic of a build u did or just paste a pic and if ur willing to be a developer just leave ur skype/ts age and name and that will be perfect. We will definatly have a lot of fun with it. Thanks again sincerely, Matt

I have been building since 2011, have been paid over 2000$ for the total of all the builds i have done, and am willing to personally show you some builds i have done on servers and would even be willing to do a trial build of your choice oh and ill work for free until you can pay ill wait 2 years if i have to. BEST OF ALL: from 3pm-3-am USA Central time im on my pc with skype open, and on weekdays i dont sleep so im on unless i have something to do in which case you will be notified. Hope to build for you : And as for developer, are you refereeing to a plugin manager? or actuall Dev? because i know my fair share of plugins.
