Looking for developer for big plugin!

Hi,
I am the owner of a small server and I need a plugin made:
There would be 4 Kingdoms. Each new player can join 1 Kingdom. The aim is to go up the ranks to become King of the Kingdom then try to invade the others.
I should be able to pay.
I have a file with the rough idea, I will send it to anyone interested.

You can use the Races plugins along with the factions plugins to create your kingdoms. For ranks you can use PermissionsEx or GroupManager. Hope I helped.
