I am currently look for developers to help with my upcoming server. It is already released at http://craftfortress.enjin.com/ and is already running with a fair amount of players on considering I posted it less than a month ago.
If you do want to be a developer, you must be able to:
- Code plugins
- Help fix bugs
- Be online and able to help
