Looking For Developers!

Hello,

I am beginning a faction server and am looking for a good developer. I will need the developer to add commands to each staff rank/donor rank to the server. I will also need them to be able to setup certain warps & kits. For instance, when someone first joins the server, I want them to have the kit starter created, and they can use the kit starter every 48 hours. For warps, I want a delayed time for the teleport to the warp to be 3-5 seconds. The developer will also need to be able to create new worlds on the server for the variety of set warps. Lastly, I would want the developer to be able to know regions really, really well.

For the moment, this is a free-paid job considering it is an in-the-making server, but as the server progresses, there will be payment.
