Looking for developers! paying them $3 a month!

[size=150][b][color=#804040][center]Hello, I just started a new Minecraft server. I'm looking for a developer to do all the configuration of my plugins and watch over the server. The developer must be able to manage all plugins and configure all plugins. You do not need to know coding but if you do know coding that would be better. Applying for developer is easy. You do not need to fill out anything. The only thing you need to do is add me on skype and do an interview through skype. The server is 24/7 and is hosted with a good server provider. The panel it uses is standard multicraft so it's easy to use. The developer will have access to console and FTP access. The age requirement is over 14 years of age. Must have past server experiences. If you get developer you will receive $3 at the end of each month. If the server gets massive the developer will receive 7% of all server donations. For example, if the server gets $350 in one month the developer will receive $24.50. (Only if the server gets big) Reason why I'm paying my devs... I believe work is better when they're getting something out of it. Since the developers will be doing a lot of work they shall get rewarded.[/b][/size]
