Looking for epic Server Spawn Builder $$$

im looking for a builder that is really creative that can incorporate a creative spawn that includes a hall of fame for donators and my staff ,a jail somewhere within spawn that is enclosed but can be seen into, a server shop , and a shopping district where players can set up there own shops as well for rent so like 9x9 shop plots or something in the general idea.
