Looking for an experienced admin in designing a server.

HI, my name is Michael, and I am currently getting a server. I am not experienced in setting up a server, and I need help from somebody familiar in this topic to assist me in installing plugins, making ranks, setting up a donation gateway, and hiring and promoting new mods/helpers. If you are reading, and you know how to create and design a server, post a comment on this thread, giving me you past work, and telling we what brought you here trying to help me.
