Looking for experienced/dedicated staff for factions!

So this is about my third time
running a server, and now I'm looking for actual, good staff. With these
roles, there are strict rules that I plan on enforcing. Discord is
required, you don't have to use voice-chat but you need to be able to be
contacted. Here are the roles available:



Support: Support roles include plugin
management, permissions, building, groups, hub activities and other
behind-the-scenes work. Support also helps players if they need help or
have questions. Support members are allowed to make factions




Moderator: The more well known position,
moderators basically monitor the chat, making sure people aren't
spamming the chat or breaking the loose chat rules already set in place.
They will be able to mute, kick, temp-ban, and possibly more depending
on what is decided on. Moderators are allowed to play the game
regularly.




"Spyers" (Recon): Spyers will have
access to /vanish and be able to teleport to players. Their function is
to specifically look for people breaking the rules with hacked clients.
That being said, some spyers are encouraged to use X-ray mods to see
where a possible x-rayer may be mining, or if they really are mining
straight to ores. Spyers with hacked clients must disclose that they are
using one for staff purposes, and they will not be allowed to
join/create factions.

Remember, that at the end of the day, this is Minecraft, and although
I'm looking for people who can use their role in a mature way, in no
way do I expect YOU to be serious, we're all playing to have fun! The
roles who cannot make factions or join them can still play in regular
survival, but obviously there is a higher chance of them getting raided;
this is subject to change.
