My friends and I are currently looking for some plugin programmers for our server.
The aim of our server is to create a fun and unique role play experience for everyone, but we can only create a unique experience if we have custom plugins!
We need someone that has the skill, and past experience to configure and code these plugins. We currently have only one person who works with us that is able to code plugins, and he cannot do it on his own because of the large amount of plugins we need developed.
Although your skills may be great, we still cannot guarantee you a place, as you must have the right personality, as well.

Yeah, i am actually the server owner, i did read your post, interesting fact, then only thing i could understand was that you're not interested yadda yadda, if you're not interested why would you even write, so yeah, and btw i don't really care if you're a computer engineer, if a person is arrogant, why would i even consider that person a candidate, also the reason we ask for why should we choose you is more of an aptitude test, if you're smart you'll get it. and btw not because you say no offense means you're not offending, otherwise we could say no -offense but you are a "#$"#%@-

If he cannot do it on his own, then he is probably a faker and a plugin/code thief or copy/paster. Trust me, if you don't know how to make plugins, it's REALLY simple -- you don't even need to know the basics of the Java language, really. Being unable to do it means he hasn't mastered the language of Java, and he's probably trolling the hell out of you. Or he thinks "plugin configuration" is the same thing as plugin development. Hang on, you're going to ask me that? I'm a software engineer. That's why you should choose me (I'm not actually applying, of course, this is just a point I feel I should make). You're going to ask me why you should choose me? Why not first explain why I should choose you.
There are at least 20 threads in the first 5 pages of this forum, if not more, I'm sure, asking for a plugin developer. What makes you stand out? Nowhere in your post do I see you explain this. For the record, I am actually a software engineer, and once in a while (not that often, I'm somewhat busy, though life quieting down finally), I do go around helping servers out with a project or two, or once in a blue moon, more. I'm not the only of my kind. Of course, most that do it are novices and amateurs when it comes to programming, but that's PlanetMinecraft for you.
