I am looking to start a small group of like-minded, dedicated founders, and collaborators to work on starting a Minecraft server network from scratch and work our way up striving for uniqueness, dedications, and dependability. We are also trying to make "the next big thing". One plan we are working on are that players can buy spaceships and live "in orbit" where they can store their loot and gear. Saving up more money will give them opportunities to buy bigger and better spaceships and have friends joining them. There are too many servers out there like one another and they are either prison or mini-games servers, or they provide lots of gameplay as a hub. We want everything in the server to have a meaning. We don't add a mode like in example mob arena, but we apply it so it seems well integrated in the server it self. We are not many in the team that will build the most often. We are now about 4-5 including me that will build and design new styles and architecture for the server. We are also going to make the server into a community and continue to add new complete original features and gameplay.

Well, I want to work on getting my own team together. Just a group of 2-3 people (including me). Whereas I would be kinda like the manager, work on advertisement, and hosting. I am not looking to join your team, I don't like the server idea either (sorry for the "harsh" honesty). I don't know exactly what kind of server it is going to be, or anything, I am looking for people to collaborate with and create the "next big thing" or at least try, and also do it from scratch. No money, just sponsors and community support.
I am of the same idea and already have some completely original ideas planned for my newly rpg started server. We have a base of lore and server, but we focused firstly on towny. Then we wanted to add rpg areas later on. Now we have changed and are going to make a server with the same lore but the gameplay of rpg will get new designs and be very original.
